Welcome to AlamoCity RVG, a service offered by Un1qq Made LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

2. Services
We provide Mobile Video game and party rental services for party planner parents. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the AlamoCity RVG website and services complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

4. Payments
All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount.

5. Cancellations
Users may cancel services subject to our cancellation policy, which will be provided upon request. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any bookings canceled less than [X days/weeks] before the event.

Refund and Returns Policy for AlamoCity RVG

Introduction
At Un1qq Made LLC, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our practices related to product returns and refunds.

1. Returns
• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Un1qqMade1LLC@alamocityrvg.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to ship your return.

2. Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process.
• If your item is damaged or not in its original condition, the item may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exemptions
• Rental services that have been executed cannot be returned or refunded unless there was a notable discrepancy or fault in the service provided.

Un1qq Made LLC reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the AlamoCity RVG website, and the updated date at the top of this policy will reflect the latest version. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We accept cash, check, credit card or debit card to guarantee and pay for your AlamoCity Rolling Video Game (AC-RVG) reservation. Full Balance due at time of booking for confirmation. Until confirmation, anyone can book your date and time slot. Please keep in mind, we do receive booking requests everyday and operate on a first come – first serve basis! Full Refund on booking 7 days or more away from booking. A $50 Cancellation or Reschedule fee on booking 6 days or less away from booking.

RETURNED CHECKS:
We do NOT accept checks.

PRIVACY POLICY:
AC-RVG is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Rolling Video Games as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 30 miles from 78254 zip codes.

BAD WEATHER:
AC-RVG’s trailer and game bus was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theaters are insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. For our outdoor activities such as bounce rentals, these can be played in rain or snow. If you would like to reschedule due to the weather we need at least 8 hours notice prior to the start of your event. For our outdoor activities there is no rescheduling fee as long as it is weather related.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
AC-RVG does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at an AC-RVG event or party to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food or drink inside our mobile game theater. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served the party will be terminated without refund if the adult in charge is drinking alcohol and we do not feel safe as a business. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the AC-RVG equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately without a refund. Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed during a Rolling Video Games event due to the nature of our business and electronics.​

DAMAGE/INJURY:
AC-RVG or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, AC-RVG reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. AC-RVG and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK:
AC-RVG does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach will may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on AC-RVG (@AC-RVG) Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page, please notify us via email prior to the party. We do not always take photos, however if you do, we would love for you to tag us when you post them to social media sites. We do not take photos at any school event without the express written consent of the principal.

INVITATIONS:
We will mail all of your invitations to the address you provided as the billing address of your credit card. If you prefer to make other arrangements, please contact us at (726) 220-2099. Invitations will be mailed upon receipt of payment if desired. Invitations for events scheduled last-minute can be downloaded and printed through the link we will provide upon payment.

TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required at an AC-RVG event.

GAMETRUCK:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway.

***Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. the truck and trailer combination, is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet (Roughly 4 car lengths) of space to park. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off of a hardened surface.***

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
AC-RVG will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event, please send an Email to support@alamocityrvg.com indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there.
